This is what it’s all about, fresh Welsh meat, cooked low & slow on-site in our smokers using Hickory wood. Our BBQ is dry rubbed using homemade rubs and seasonings. We cook a limited daily amount of these items. Please pre-order to avoid disappointment.
ST LOUIS PORK BELLY RIBS - 26
Dry rubbed with our house blend of herbs and spices, and slow cooked for 5 hours until soft and tender then coated in our bourbon glaze. 400g* served with house BBQ sauce for dipping. Accompanied with seasoned skin-on chips and house red cabbage slaw.
BEEF BRISKET - 19
Simply rubbed with salt and cracked black pepper then slow cooked for 12 hours until tender. 200g* served with house BBQ sauce for dipping. Accompanied with seasoned skin-on chips and house red cabbage slaw.

All our burgers are served in a toasted Alex Gooch seeded bun with lettuce. Our beef patties are made on-site with the perfect blend of brisket, chuck steak and seasoning. All burgers are accompanied with seasoned skin-on chips and house red cabbage slaw.
